The mechanic phoned me to let me know that the part required had to be ordered and that the work would be carried out later that day than planned. I received a text later on that they had the part and soon after he arrived to do the work. Once completed I was shown the work that has been done. I am happy with the work and the mechanic is friendly and let me know what was going on.
