My mechanic was very friendly and communicated well. When the work was completed my mechanic delivered the car back to me and got me to try out the handbrake which was now working perfectly.
Overall great service and would 100% recommend!

Yes, the work itself was completed to a satisfactory standard with 1 year warranty which is reassuring.

You are charged £300 in advance for them to come out, they came and towed the car to the garage stating they'd fix the water pump this was £300. They then called to say that 3 other parts need fixing which would be £750. However on pick up the car still wasn't fixed, as apparently what was replaced was none of them things that they replaced. I still had to pay the £750 for the replacements & I had to arrange for it to be towed on another day back to our house.

Job well done on the starter motor replacement for my Qashqai. Polite and accommodating and went out of his way to return my car to me after working hours. Thank you!
