A friendly team, they had good communication and collected my car early and got the work done quickly on the day it was booked in for. They also advised and fitted a better quality OE part for my cars clutch than what was quoted by ClickMechanic.

Just picked up my van, all seems good, excellent friendly staff my fault was diagnosed and repaired efficiently.

Mechanic was great and polite good service all round and friendly. The only thing was I had to drop the car off to them but on this occasion it wasn't a problem also the job was actually completed the next day not in time frame I was told again it was not an issue on this occasion. Would definitely recommend these guys and clutch is brilliant now my wife is very happy car drives super. Well done and hope to use this garage again as it was so much efficient than the local garages with great service.

My mechanic was very friendly and communicated well. When the work was completed my mechanic delivered the car back to me and got me to try out the handbrake which was now working perfectly.

You are charged £300 in advance for them to come out, they came and towed the car to the garage stating they'd fix the water pump this was £300. They then called to say that 3 other parts need fixing which would be £750. However on pick up the car still wasn't fixed, as apparently what was replaced was none of them things that they replaced. I still had to pay the £750 for the replacements & I had to arrange for it to be towed on another day back to our house.

Job well done on the starter motor replacement for my Qashqai. Polite and accommodating and went out of his way to return my car to me after working hours. Thank you!
