Valentin was friendly, finished the job swiftly and had some advice with regards to my car care. This was my first experience with ClickMechanic and would use again/recommend.

Parts were wrong but soon spotted and sorted out..

This guy was amazing. It was a hot day and through my own stupidly made quite a mess of my brakes, making it a harder job than it probably should have been for him. He was never vexed and got it sorted. Totally professional and personable. He even hurt his leg in the process, but carried on. I’m going through some very personal circumstances right now. Valentin came prepared, but It Turned out my brakes needed extra parts once he had looked at it and I accepted he would need to come back which would have had a massive impact on me. I never said anything. He must have read it without me saying anything and didn’t stop to make sure he got the job done. He sourced the extra parts, came back and sorted it.
