This guy was amazing. It was a hot day and through my own stupidly made quite a mess of my brakes, making it a harder job than it probably should have been for him. He was never vexed and got it sorted. Totally professional and personable. He even hurt his leg in the process, but carried on. I’m going through some very personal circumstances right now. Valentin came prepared, but It Turned out my brakes needed extra parts once he had looked at it and I accepted he would need to come back which would have had a massive impact on me. I never said anything. He must have read it without me saying anything and didn’t stop to make sure he got the job done. He sourced the extra parts, came back and sorted it. Valentin & team were brilliant today.
They contacted me to let me know that an earlier appointment time was available. They were punctual, polite and professional.
They were also honest enough to advise me that my brake discs did not in fact need to be changed, only the pads. This saved me over £200!
They came with me to check the car and listen for any other squeaking sounds.
Two absolutely lovely gents. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Really efficient, polite and knowledgeable - you're in safe hands! They even came a day early which was helpful, and explained the necessary steps after.

Valentin was great. He arrived in the window and worked effectively installing my new pads and brakes in good time.
He has done a great job as the difference was instantly noticeable.

Valentin was great - not a lot of space to work with but just cracked on. Also was able to change my brake discs at short notice. Would 100% use Valentin again if my vehicle needed additional work.
