Fantastic service of to a slow start ,but in the end a job very well done everything explained when dropping of my car ,will definitely use again and recommend to everyone that will listen cheers again guys

I feel i may have unlucky with this job. The chap arrived at 09.56 and called my house for me to come outside. He took my key off me without saying anything got into the car and without any explanation of procedure drove off. Slightly concerned i hadn't heard anything from them i phoned the garage at 16.04 and a further 4 times until 16.34 only to be told by the automated message that the number wasn't available. I then decided to ring the number of the man who collected my car and he said he would get back to me in a few minutes.35 minutes later i received a text saying he was sorry it was late and he would drop it off within 30 minutes. (I was delighted to find that the garage had taken their payment from my account before i had my car back with me at this point).It was more like 50 minutes but i was just pleased to get my car back. To annoy me even more the Service warning had not even been reset!!!The picture sent with the report was not even my car. There had been no grease applied anywhere and i find it amazing that after a major service check my 20 year old car had no notes against any section especially when i know my wipers were split and a couple of tyres have low tread. I have no idea which work has actually been done and i have no trust in this garage at all. I would use click mechanic again but not this garage. Read more

Asim not only did a fantastic job, he went above and beyond finding ways to get my vehicle up and running. He suggested anti rust treatment and applied under body seal to extend life and safety of my vehicle. He found out an MOT needed and my car passed the test. He took the time to drive and deliver to me himself. He showed genuine empathy and professional commitment. I am hoping I shall be able to give him more business.
