Terrible, turned up hours late and just said the alternator isnt charging the battery. Route cause and diagnostic not even attempted. He was here for 5 minutes, total rip off.

Punjab was very friendly and explained what was wrong with our car. He offered solutions to fix the car which included giving details of a tow truck and then working on New Year’s Day to fix it.

He phone at 12.45 to say he would be 15 min. Arrived 45 mins later.
Struggling to get the computer to talk to the car. Found no reason for the fail to start. Was lucky to get to eventually start by easy start

Punjab were first class. Informed me early in the day for the arrival time, wrong parts were supplied by the supplier but they swapped them for the correct parts.
Job was completed in a timely fashion and they even carried out a basic vehicle check.
Good job done.

Really good guys. Turned up, thoroughly diagnosed the issues (Crank gasket/Oil Pan leak) when two other mechanics got it wrong (Head Gasket (!?) and Rocker Cover Gasket). Also quoting for the repair on the back of the diagnosis. Excellent job!
