Punjab was good, although a little hard to understand at times.
He has diagnosed the fault but has yet to supply his findings or a quote to repair in writing.

Punjab Motors were punctual and carried out the work very quickly on our car which I am very pleased about. The quality of their work was very good, the car is running very well now with a new clutch.
They also replaced the gearbox oil which was very kind of them.
They were friendly and trustworthy and communicated very well.
I would have preferred that they done the job at our home instead of their garage.
A couple of minor points were: at times it was difficult to understand what they were saying over the phone; the seat covers had oily marks from overalls on them when we picked the car up.

Punjab and his boss were absolutely brilliant in carrying out the EGR valve replacement where my car was broken down at work - quickly and to a fantastic standard.
I only mark down the rating for punctuality, as Punjab called me after the start of the 2 hour window to say they were going to attend 3 hours late due to the weather - which he told me was bad where they were in Reading.
This was not the case where I was with my car in Basingstoke, so I advised that I was unhappy and insisted that they attend, having voluntarily accepted the job that I posted on ClickMechanic. In fairness Punjab said they would rearrange their schedule and in the end they were only 15 mins after the end of my 2 hour window.

Punjab mechanics were quick to respond, turned up within timeframe given, identified the issue and resolved it. can't ask for more than that. Would recommend.
