I did not have the mechanic you said as he was on holiday....I did not get my car back till past 8pm in the evening as the stand in mechanic said he had issues....did not contact me, had to keep asking where my car was, do not trust the work and have no paperwork to show the work was done

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I appreciate it as it helps me improve my business. I am sorry you are disappointed with the service your received. If I may address a couple of these points. I believe there was a misunderstanding as the job was not carried out by a stand in mechanic. I can personally guarantee the work carried out is to the highest standard. You were informed of the delay by phonecall and also the garage stayed open late to make sure you got your car back same day. Ceased components can be tricky as I don't want to damage anything while trying to remove them, adding to the cost of repair.
In relation to the paperwork, there is a paid invoice from Click Mechanic to you, with proof of the work done with pictures. But, I am very happy to prepare a separate receipt directly from my business and email/post it to you, whichever is best, please let me know via text message. Also, please don't hesitate to contact me if you any concerns or questions.
