Rob was fairly friendly and fairly communicative. He answered my queries fairly willingly, and gave me some information on the things that needed to be repaired and changed.

However, I have to note something very important. From the 118 points of your inspection, I never saw Rob checking them all(and I mean the existing accessible ones).
Such as: seat belts and seats mechanisms, windows, locks,electric sunroof, the spare wheel which had a cover on, the front or back wipers and last but not least the battery voltage and the stop lights. Maybe these things are taken for granted that are ok, but still that shouldn't be the case. When at some point I intentionally asked if he had checked everything on the list, he replied that the rest of the points come from the test drive..

Important points or not so much, everything on the list should have been inspected equally and thoroughly! Read more

Rob seemed Knowledgeable as what was wrong with my truck and told me it was a sensor . I replaced the sensor and still have the same problem . It was a diagnostic I payed for so was hoping I would of got it sorted .

Rob was very helpful and informative over the phone. He told me exactly what the issue was with the car and what it would cost to get it fixed.
