Rob had correctly anticipated the solution to the problem, and collected the part on the way. His PC diagnostic check confirmed his thoughts, and he fitted the part at no extra charge.

Rob was very good and knew exactly what he was doing. He was very friendly and did a professional job. Plus we spoke about some mechanics of the car and other ways I could do to get the most out of my car.

And he just so happened to have owned an Evolution 9 which is a car I hold in high regard.

All in all, I'll give Rob a 95% and not 100% because he no longer owns his Evolution.

Couldn't be happier though. Good job.

Rob was a friendly person, he worked in horrid conditions, snowing and very cold. He explained what he needed to do at the end. Polite and would be happy for him to work on my car again.

Bob was terrific , I would be most happy to have him repair my van at anytime, friendly, patient, made me feel relaxed and confident that my van was in good hands and the problem would be solved
