On time , good communication,quick and efficient in diagnosing problem, talking through it

I'm am so happy with the work today. Jack was on time, so friendly. He did the job perfectly, he was very knowledgeable about what he doing. My dad also really like him and the work he did. He has been raving about him all day telling his mates to book with you.
