Jack was great.

Communication was good before the job, answered my questions and explained everything clearly.

Arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, was friendly and did well with the job I asked of him.

Then went into details with the problem and why my coolant was leaking. Was obviously very experienced and knowledgeable.
