Good work, quick and efficient, advised on other things that will be required in future. Only thing id suggest would be a courtesy message with a rough ETA rather than just rocking up.

Khalid called to tell me her could arrive earlier than my slot if I needed which I was really pleased about. They were able to very quickly diagnose the problem and spoke me through what the issues were and what would be needed to fix it. Very helpful and would absolutely book again. Cheers!
