Marcel gave me plenty of heads up fur when he'd arrive and got there on time.
He did a great job, talked me through it all and showed me an the test results.

Marcel was great at communicating the potential issues. Unfortunately, the issue did not present itself during his visit. Yet Marcel did a thorough check and offered to come back to look if the issue arises again. He was friendly and offered to help to fix any ongoing issues, which is rare.
