Joe was great easy to talk to and explained things in normal speak none of this confuse you with tech talk. Will definitley use agaim.

He was informative and helpful, manage to get my car started and told me the fault and what should be done.

Called my mechanic the day before he was due only to be greeted by his answerphone ,i left a message saying i had to cancel along with my number for him to return my call .
He then calls me the next morning saying he has arrived ,and when challenged about my call he says i am too busy to check my messages .
He then calls his office to say hes completed the work when he hasnt done any work .
Click mechanic then charge me for the call and so far refuse a refund !!!!
I will never use these guys ever again and certainly wouldnt recommend them either .

Joe was a bit ate in arriving, but did a great job once he had. Kept me informed, as it was a tougher job than expected, and completed after about an hour and a half. Gave me some advice not related to the repair too. Very pleased

Vital clip holding regulator cable/window was not put back in meaning we now have to do the whole job again as this cable Jams window up , charged extra £37 and not fixed , but to add insult to injury upon inspection of work carried out to find an essential component was not put back in is unbelievable especially to at end of job be informed it probably the motor now , total rip off , felt like because I'm a woman they could take me for a mug, my husband only employed their services to save time, ,he's now gotta do the whole job himself and spent £91 on a total bodge up
