Land Rover Freelander Noise Under Bonnet Inspection

He had no idea it was so funny when I heard the recording of what he diagnosed as the problem, my partner recorded the conversation so I could here what the problem was, ... "He wasn't 100% sure but he thought it may be the diesel pump pulley" ....... lol omg . There is no such thing, total waste of £53 . Joe was friendly and on time but unfortunately I have no faith in his automotive knowledge. Also he told my partner it would probably be ok to drive !!!. I will be having the Freelander taken to a garage I trust and I an 100% sure that the problem is not the diesel pump pulley. In his defence the problem is with a pulley connected to the crankshaft. I would like to know if Click mechanic check qualifications of there mechanics. Read more

Joe arrived on time the following morning after booking was arranged. He had our work van up & going again in around 30 mins for no additional charge than the call out fee. This was a brilliant result as we are a N Ireland based engineering company & our team was stranded in London with out a vehicle. I will use Click Mechanic again as they were honest & carried out a 1st class fix when our backs were against the wall.
