Customer agreed door was sealed unit had to drill rivets out to access mechanism explained and showed customer what was needed to access

Joe was excellent in his quality of work and creative in figuring out a solution to opening the door lid when it was factory sealed. He is very punctual and friendly. Technically very strong. One of the best mechanics I have ever worked with.
