He was very good once he got here. Arrive at 19.10 when he was booked for 8.00 to 10.00 in the morning, did not get a phone call from him tell 11.30 then he said he would be with me at 17.00 but turned up at 19.10 other than that he was very good

Please do not make sladerurus comments that's very in called for the 2 x diagnostics and check is what you and click arranged and accepted the prices not me all I done was accept the job and can to you and completed the jobs requested by you just because I done all these in very good time does t mean I shouldn't be paid does it ? I could have just fidled arou d for ages pretending, but that's not me I always get straight to the job and 80% of the time jobs are finished before allocated times I have never had this issue before. You accepted the price with click then a mechanic comes out does the job and you don't want to pay what you agreed to because it was done too quick???? .

Joe was very good. He invited me to watch him carry out the diagnostics and explained each step and fault code that was present. At the end he presented me with a list of the outstanding fault codes and advised me as to what steps to take to rectify the problem.
