Yes Zahid was very good. Car was booked for Saturday but call me to say he could fit me in same day. Picked up car and delivered it back after a valet. Very indeed with the service.

Zaheer was very friendly and knowledgeable the repair was done in time given and he explained why the spark plugs needed replacing as well as the input ignition coil which I was very pleased about. He reset the engine warning light and fault notice unfortunately it came back on which I have asked him about through text message. I also noticed on the receipt that a fault was identified as ' critical, offside rear, not repaired ' but I don't know what this is referring to. I have also messaged Zaheer about this today and hope to hear from him.

Really happy with the clutch replacement! Had an appointment time for 8-10 in the morning but the mechanic called and arranged pick up for the evening before which made it a lot easier. Car was brought back in even better condition as not only did he complete the repair but he also gave the car a good clean. Really friendly guys and great communication throughout the day. Definitely recommend them!

Adil was brilliant. He was polite, friendly and diagnosed the issue swiftly. I would most certainly be contacting them for any issues I may have in the future. Very highly recommended for any issues you may have with your vehicle.

To start with I will say that they carried out the work to a good standard, sending me a video of the newly fitted parts so I felt reassured that the work was done and done well. They also cleaned my car inside and out as an apology for the lateness and frustrations.

However, this mechanic is based in Reading which means they had to drive into central London to collect my car, leaving their vehicle in my parking space and then return the car during rush hour traffic. They messaged me the evening before to say they were in the area dropping another car and could they collect my car after that. I said yes and made sure I was home by 9pm to facilitate. Then I had to chase for an ETA and they said they wouldn't be there till 10pm so I said it was too late and they'd have to collect in the morning.

My scheduled pick up was between 8am-10am and they called (after I'd asked for an ETA) to say could they come at 11am or 12. I explained I had meetings later in the morning and that I also felt that given their travel time to Reading and back, picking the car up later would have an impact on getting it back later. They said they would be back with the car by 7pm, which I said was too late. They then agreed 5pm but it didn't make it back till 6pm. I repeatedly said that they shouldn't book work that is so far away from their garage and they suggested that the delays were my fault as I live in a busy area.

It obviously cost me significant petrol to have the car taken to Reading and back which I was not happy about. I don't think it's an efficient service and had I realised sooner I would have cancelled the work. Read more

The mechanic was a really friendly and knowledgeable lad he done a first class job on my clutch and flywheel my car came back cleaned inside and out oil changed everything checked i will definately be using again also the price for the work was very good then the garage phoned to check that I was pleased with the work carried out also very friendly
