Yes, I was very happy with the mechanic. Although I never met him in person, on the phone Paul was friendly, professional and clearly knowledgeable. He clearly took the time to carry out a thorough inspection and explained the issues he found clearly rather than just giving a simple pass/fail opinion.

I was particularly pleased that he identified several points that I would not have been aware of from the advert or MOT history alone. The inspection has been very useful in helping me decide whether to proceed with the vehicle.
