Paul was great, extremely friendly. Booked in short notice and even came earlier than originally said! Communicated he’s knowledge well and reduce the price for work that wasn’t needed.

Paul arrived early which was fantastic for me. We talked through the problem and he instinctively knew where the problem lay. Diagnosis by computer confirmed the initial chat and then it was onto the real work. Paul not only found the problem, but guided me to identify it myself (a problem with a hose fitting). Problem sorted, he then went the extra mile to make sure that there had been no knock-on problem with the turbo (it was an intercooler hose fitting). He demonstrated to me that the turbo seemed OK by highlgihing the fan blades and letting me see that there was no problem there as far as we could tell.
So often I worry that car mechanics don't always tell us the full story and the whole process is some sort of "voodoo". Paul took the time to actually show me where the problem was, explained the consequences and potential knock-on effects. Never experienced that before !!
