Alin was lovely. From the moment he arrived I personally felt comfortable with him. Being of the over 60 generation I tend to go on instinct and he made me feel comfortable. He kept us informed with what needed doing, he worked really hard in cold conditions and although we made him hot drinks hardly stopped working. Really nice young man will highly recommend. Polite conscientious hard working decent person very trustworthy..
