Very happy with the work - great communication throughout and efficient work.

Mechanic was punctual and communicated throughout the process. We managed to get inspection booked in for the next day and it was worthwhile doing. Based on the report/check there was some issues with the car and we decided to not to travel to see the car we were thinking about purchasing, which was over a 2 hour journey.

Mechanic was friendly and knowledgable. The job was to change the spark plugs. Unfortunately he wasn't able to do this in the booked time frame as they were stuck and the mechanic had to get a special oil/spray to loosen them up sufficiently. He was kind enough to come back later in the day which was appreciated. It was a surprise though that the price I had to pay was more than the fixed price agreed online, due to the issues as described above.

Fantastic job. Communication was perfect. Diagnostic proved worth it as problem wasn't what I thought it was. Was shown the issue and agreed to order parts and come back to fit. Came back and fitted, car working again! Thank you so much. Hopefully I get you again if I have future problems.
