Sam was spot on , he let me know when he was on the way was on time and very friendly, absolutely excellent service . I will be recomending to anyone that requires any work on there car !

Sam was terrific, he was very knowledgeable with his role. Communicated effectively with me explaining what he had to do. Picked up and delivered my car back on the same day which I was really happy with given that he needed to change the whole power steering rack. Would recommend 100%

Sam was booked for 10-12. Turned up at 2.10pm. Was here for 30 mins max and was charged for a diagnostic I didnt book and one that didn't even diagnose the problem. I still don't know what the error code is and I've been charged £54. Nissan are saying I need to pay for another diagnostic test. Will be taking this further. Completely useless service.

Don't waste your money with clickmechanic! Customer service don't get back to you either!
