James is a great guy. Easy to engage and discuss the issues. Took time to explain the problem and also identified root cause. He recommended a solution after fixing my original booking.

Friendly, scanned the car, found the fault and recommended what repairs. Nice lad, had time for questions, explained what needed to be done.
