no work has been done on my car at all!! And also money out of my account and no work has been done. i got an email saying now i need to pay more money for something thats not been done...

Just to clarify the bad review for any onlookers...the work was not carried out as customer stated the wrong part to be fitted so with a wasted journey and the wrong part in hand the job needed to be rebooked for the next day with the correct part, so with that click mechanic still have to charge for the mechanics time for going to the job as no one else can be held responsible for the confusion and with mechanic arriving within the arranged time slot and giving full detailed information of what part is needed and cost then both mechanic and click mechanic done exactly what they are here for. Thanks.
