Be very careful using these they just work together to rob people nearly 300 pounds to change a battery apsolute scam no phone number to get answers just email and they just parm you off will not be using again should be ashamed of your self's that's why mechanic have bad names because of ones like you ben can you tell me what you done for 85 pound to tell me it was the battery because there was no invoice for that money your driver knew straight away when he picked the car up because the window wouldn't go up but hay ho you seen the ££££££

Good morning, I am disappointed to hear you are unhappy with the service you have recieved from myself and Click Mechanic. However I feel your review is unfair for the following reasons. 1 star for quality - the quality has not been in question. 1 star for punctuality - your car was picked up the day prior and redelivered back to you the very next day which was the day of your original booking. 1 Star for communication - I was in contact with you throughout the process keeping you updated which in total was 12 calls. Whilst I do not see the process from your side I can see by looking at the Click Mechanic site that all pricing is transparent and requires the customer to agree. By way of explanation the circumstances are that you booked your car in for a replacement starter motor and one was ordered for next day delivery as a special order. This has cost me £28-80 to return as cancelled. The diagnosis of starter motor was not carried out by me. When the driver attended the car you helped him bump start the car which in turn saved you a recovery fee. When I realised the starter motor was not at fault I informed you and offered for the original job to be cancelled and changed for a non-start diagnosis. This was agreed and the fault traced to the battery. Click mechanic then sent you a quote which you accepted. The new battery was fitted and the car returned to you. I also had to put £15-00 of fuel in the car as it was almost empty when picked up that you weren't charged for. Hopefully you an now see there are 2 sides to every story. I was given a call by Ben to discuss the vehicle I was looking to purchase and was very thorough on how he would inspect the vehicle. Also asked for a diagnostic to be carried out which was not specified previously and he was more than happy to accommodate my request. I received my report with another follow up call to discuss the vehicle and was very happy with the reassurance I got. Overall, a true professional who carried out an excellent service from start to finish.
