I was given a call by Ben to discuss the vehicle I was looking to purchase and was very thorough on how he would inspect the vehicle. Also asked for a diagnostic to be carried out which was not specified previously and he was more than happy to accommodate my request. I received my report with another follow up call to discuss the vehicle and was very happy with the reassurance I got. Overall, a true professional who carried out an excellent service from start to finish.

Ben was a very friendly, helpful and informative mechanic. He attended the car for the initially diagnostics test in a timely and prompt manner.
The car required extra diagnostics test back at the garage, for which Ben returned quickly to collect the car and provided the quote for the work. Unfortunately for us the cost of the fix, which was very reasonable for the work, didn’t make sense as we are replacing the car in a few months.
Ben provided communication when required and photos of car throughout the process. He also didnt charge any extra for the additional tests, or the collection and return of the car, which i felt was incredibly reasonable.
I would definitely recommend Ben.

Ben was helpful and the diagnostic visit and test drive helped to confirm my initial suspicion of the issues with my car. He explained the quote process to me which was very quickly sent through and I've now got a booking for the car to go in. Excellent process so far.
