Ford Mondeo Dip/main/flash Diagnostic Inspection

Although he was pleasant enough, he was unable to diagnose the issue with my car - I was looking for an Auto-Electrician who could thoroughly test my car not just plug into the OBD port to look for codes, however if that is the sort of mechanic you need, then Wes is more than capable. In the end I had to take my car elsewhere to get the fault diagnosed and fixed. The only other thing was that I made the booking for 08:00 to 10:00 and despite confirming this with him once he accepted the booking, I had to chase on the day to find out when he would arrive.

Hi Paul i'm very sorry to have not have been able to fix your car. Unfortunately at Click Mechanics we are not auto electricians in the sense that we manual take out wiring looms, ecu's and modules for bench testing and it is company policy to not to take on any auto electrical jobs. 99% of the time my diagnostic machine will pick up the fault then we can go ahead and repair the fault. but unfornuately on your car this wasn't the case it was a much deeper rooted issue and was intermittent (which are the worst jobs to do). It required specialist attention. It was a pleasure meeting you Paul and i hope your cars back to good health again:) All the best Wes.
