Friendly and professional, just what you need when you know little or nothing about car mechanics. I will definitely use ClickMechanic again. Buying a car online is fraught with potential difficulties and Wesley's report gave me great confidence. I flew from Belfast to Leeds/Bradford and paid for the car without having driven it. Booked in for a pre purchase inspection between 10-12 didnt turn up so had to ring and find out what was happening, half hour later he turned up.. When he did finally come the inspection only took 20mins (even though invoice says 1.6 hrs) the guy knew what he was doing and was sound but found it a little unprofessional to turn up with your girlfriend in car! dealt with AA and RAC in the past and never known this!!! will not be using again

I phone Wesley during my appointment time and got no answer. I agreed to pay the full asking price based on his report. I travelled from Ireland to Huddersfield. The seller told me that the mechanic was inspecting the car for between 20 to 25 minutes. A few days later when i inspected the car the drivers side dipped headlight and passenger side fog light was not working. When i was driving on the motorway at between 60 to 70 mph there was a noticeable shudder in the driving wheel. This morning i got a phone call from my bank to say that £86.?? was taken for my account instead of the agreed price of £75. 20. So overall i am very disappointed with this service. Read more

Wesley was friendly and repaired the fault quickly. I am happy with the work and would gladly have Wesley work on my car again. It was found that the part was not faulty and only needed adjusting. Glad to be able to get the work done at home and on a weekend. The repair was set for between 11:00 and 13:00 and Wesley arrived at 13:40. This was not a problem as we planned to be home all day, it just would have been good to receive a call to say that the repair was going to delayed.
