Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond Dan's control, he arrived later than expected. However, he did let me know and kept me informed of his progress and offered the option to rearrange to the following day. As I needed the car the next day, he came and undertook the service in the dark - he could have easily not turned up given how late he set off home. I would happily use Dan again.

Dan was spot on, turned up earlier than expected but messaged ahead to see if it was ok. Seems to have sorted the problem for now but further work needed in future.

Dan is very friendly and knowledgeable, I will be happy with him in the future.
