He arrived on time and collect red the car. He notified me that further work was required. He carried out the work and returned the car.

Mohammed was punctual, polite and communicative. He also completed all the work competently and offered video of the parts as they were being prepared for the car. And when he dropped off the car he also offered to drop off the old parts. He did not need to do any of this. His service levels are excellent.

Service was excellent. He clearly explained which items may need further work and provided quotes for the repairs, but did so without pressure or pushiness. Appreciated the honest and professional approach.
