Unfortunately the problem diagnosed by a local mechanic was completely incorrect, when Hassan came out to replace the master cylinder on the clutch pedal he checked it and pretty much straightaway told me that the issue was not the master cylinder but in fact my clutch! Not the news I was looking for he advised that I should not change the master cylinder because there was nothing wrong with the old one! Anyway cut a long story short it was indeed the clutch after replacing it the car drives like it's just come out the showroom! Thanks Hassan you were correct and saved me over £100! Even though he was unable to replace the part he came out for I would still recommend as he was honest and did a good job diagnosing the problem! Thanks Hassan!! .

His diagnostic equipment would not work, had to use mine. Originally said it was a faulty gear selector PCB then when couldn't get his diagnostics to work that it was probably the ECU as his equipment worked with other Jeeps. Only here about 10 minutes pointed out where the ECU was and gave company I could send to for checking but did not offer to remove for me. Seemed ken to get away.
