Going into any big financial purchase is a big decision especially when buying a used car, especially when the car is a long way from where you live. I decided to de-risk this by using click mechanic for an inspection. Hassan spoke to me verbally both before and after the inspection and did a great deal to put my mind at rest about moving ahead with the purchase. The report and phone conversations were both detailed and comprehensive. I'm yet to take delivery of the vehicle but am confident all will be well. Based on my experience thus far I would not hesitate to both recommend Hassan and use his skills for similar inspections if the occasion arose.

Not being able to be with the car when your mechanic Hassan came to repair it, my only communication with him was by phone. He kept me informed and told me that the clutch cable he had gone to replace had only come adrift and could be relocated, which would cut the price in half. I know from being in the trade that the job is quite awkward and not easy to even relocate. I found that in a world where everyone seems to want to extract as much as they can out of you, it was very honest of him especially as I was on the other end of a phone. Friendly, called in advance & arrived within the time slot. Said he was OK with me watching the service if I wanted, and pointed out a couple of things that might need looking out for in future. Answered all my questions too!
