I’ve used ClickMechanic a few times now and have always been really impressed with how convenient and efficient it’s been. I love being able to choose a time slot that’s convenient for me, get notified when the job is done, and have an idea when my car will be returned. Unfortunately, this wasn’t one of those times.
I booked a slot for an MOT from 12-2pm on Wednesday. On Tuesday evening, I received a call asking to pick up the car at 7pm to start in the morning. I was assured it would be ready by 2pm. However, at 4:30pm, I called and was informed it wouldn't be back until 6pm due to traffic.
At 6:30pm, I called again and was told the driver was on the way.
I mentioned I had an AirTag on my car keys and knew this was not true. I eventually got my car back at 7:30pm.
While the MOT was completed, I was frustrated by the lack of honesty and clear communication. Had I known my 2-hour slot would result in being without my car for 24 hours, I would have booked another mechanic. This should have been communicated from the outset.

We are try our best to deliver the car at agreed times , in your case driver picked up the keys from the office and office staff was not sure that he was having a break of 10 minutes when you called .

Jeep Renegade Tyre changing

Monzuar and his team were brilliant, accepting my request immediately and collecting my car that evening so they could work on it first thing. It was returned within 24 hours. Monzuar also carried out a free health check, identifying that I needed two new tyres due to cracking. He fries them for me and did my tracking and balancing too. Friendly courteous convenient and great value :)
