Monzuar and his team were great overall. Arrangements for collection of vehicle were good, driver arrived at the agreed time. Only blip was unfortunately Monzuar was ill whilst car was with him so return was delayed. However work carried out (timing belt) was very good and car now running great First time I have used Clickmechanic - glad I did.

Happy with work. They identified the problem and dealt with it. I booked a clutch replacement but mechanic identified that was not needed. It was the slave cylinder that needed replacing. He did the necessary work.

I was initially a little disappointed at first when i realized that the work would not be carried out on my drive, and a low loader arrived to transport my car the other side of the city !, because it needed a hydraulic ramp to lift up my car to get to the parts that needed changing. I stressed very strongly that i needed my car back at the very latest, 17.00 monday evening so i could get to work, as i work a permanent night shift. Monzuar, the owner (I presume) said my car would be the first car on the ramp first thing monday morning. About 10 o Clock monday morning, i received a video of my car being put on the ramp for the work to begin !, some time later, i received a phone call from Mozuar telling me that parts that were ordered were the wrong parts, and i would have to cough up another £ 80. 00 to get the correct parts, as they had me over a barrel, i didnt have much choice, so i gave the go ahead to do the work. To be fair and honest, the car was delivered back to me ( again, on a low loader) before 17.00, so i was very happy with that outcome.
I have checked the car over for the work that's been done, new timing belt kit, new Aux. belts, new water pump, coolant level is as it should be, the work is clean and tidy, i do have one or two other jobs that need doing, would i use them again, yes i would, communication and work is very good. The guys were excellent - no fuss and carried out the work perfectly and quickly. Very polite, friendly and offered me the chance to test via a drive before they headed off. Nice.
