He asked what concerns I had regarding the health check and made sure to persevere with a difficult assessment. He diagnosed an already suspected issue and made sure I was aware of everything I needed to know before he sorted out the quote for the extra work via clickmechanic and sent it even before leaving. Very happy with the work and hope he returns when I need him!
