Happy with the collection of the car. A little slow in completion of the repairs required to pass the MOT. Car collected on Monday about 11.20am, phone call at 5.30pm that day to say that the car had failed the MOT. It was Wednesday about 4.30pm when I got the phone call to say that the car had passed the MOT. Unfortunately I couldn't get to the garage to collect my car as it would have taken me about an hour and a half travelling to the garage. I collected the car the following lunchtime. Overall happy with the price and work carried out by Harrison, many thanks.

Brilliant service. Turned up early and brought the car back the same day. They even put a temporary fix over the damaged front bumper which wasn't part of the repairs. Excellent customer service.

I didn't speak with the mechanic but the email from him told me all I needed to know.
