Peugeot 307 CC Timing belt snapped adv customer of possible damage an they do not want to proceed

mechanic was friendly and knowledgable but when i called a clickmachenic i told them all problem they have to tell me the truth if my car was going on road and timing belt broken its 95%engine demanged they have to tell me this if u change only timing belt car not start u have to repair engine head ..then i have to think that...but they not tell me truth they said yeah we change timinig belt and pullys and car work ...i paid 46 pound for nothing

Hi asif this review is a little unfair as when we were called out to replace the timing belt, when we arrived you didn't tell us until we went to move the vehicle and when you told us it was snapped we told you that this is an interference engine and there is a high possibility there will be valve damage, as for the £46 charge that is a call out charge that we charge to any customer as it costs us time and also fuel to drive to you and work we could of booked instead in of yours we could of said nothing and fitted the timing belt and water pump and billed you the £350 and said when the belt snapped it has caused valve dammage so we actually save you around £300 so I would appreciate you amending your review as it is not true I have over 130 5 Star reviews.

Jamie was brilliant. It is like I have a new car. He rang me to say he was running behind as previous job took longer than expected but still arrived well within allocated time slot. Even took the time to show me the old clutch and explain what had happened. A credit to himself and anyone employing him. Will definitely recommend Clickmechanic to friends and family on my experience alone.

LM Mobile Mechanics were brilliant, easy to talk to and quick with the work. Unfortunately couldn't fix my issue, mainly because the car had done more damage to itself than originally thought, not their fault, still refunded me the cost of parts and half the labour, couldn't be more impressed
