Was it done when it was booked for? Booking was for 8-10am, for 3-4 hours. I needed the car for doctors appt 3pm that afternoon so this seemed fine.

Car was taken away the night before, was told then part would arrive at noon next day and be back for 6pm. I rely on the car due to breathing issues. Actually got car back at nearly 7pm. Only found out that timescale change far too late to rearrange.

Was I charged the amount I was quoted? No, I was charged a teeny amount more. Seems silly to alienate someone by charging £2. 30 more - given was less than 1% would've been more professional to charge original quote)

Lee was very polite, clear and honest during his short visit and diagnostic check of my car. I was able to ask questions whilst he worked and he helped me understand the details from the test results.
