If the arrival timeslot is 8-10 it doesn’t mean I have to be there at 08:00 exactly
We have to pick up parts from the store and there might be some accidents on the way to you. That’s why we give a 2 hr timeslot, and we have arrived in that timeslot, at around 8:40.
If the brake calliper pins are corroded on your car it doesn’t mean I’m not knowledgeable on audi q7. It took a bit longer than expected because of the corrosion. But thanks anyway for your feedback!
