Bartek was excellent. He let me know what time he was due to arrive, then diagnosed the issue quickly. The car needed a new battery so I was expecting him to say he'd be back in a couple of days, but he said he could do it the same day - he went to find a battery, let me know he was successful and when he would be back, then sorted it all out there and then. He was friendly and professional, and I'm very happy with how everything went.
