Alan was quick and attentive when showing me what he did and it didnt take longer than 30 minutes, good for price compared to the big names out there, I will definitely be using again

Alan was good but couldn't actually fix the issue. I jow have to get a actual electrical mechanic out to fix the issue thought your company could resolve. 86 pounds down the drain. 86 pounds for the privilege of being told I need someone else and that's an extra cost.
