Jameel phoned me 40 mins to let me know he was on his way. Turned up exactly when he said he would was very polite and took my van away. Phoned me to let me know he was outside and gave me to my surprise the wonderful news it had passed it's MOT. I was more than happy with the service I didn't even have to leave my road.
