Paul was great. Diagnosed the fault and double checked with another mechanic before his recommendation.

The mechanic team who fixed the car were great and did a fab job. Friendly and professional service.

Clickmechanic however need to make sure the repair being booked in can be completed at home. My repair was booked in to be done at home between 2-4pm. If the mechanic had not have called earlier in the day to ask for me to take it to the garage instead at an earlier time it would not have been fixed and would have wasted both the mechanics and my time.

He was very friendly and helpful, couldn't have asked for more. Talked me through what he was doing and explained how it all worked.

Although there was a delay due to staff absence the company were very apologetic and collected, fixed and returned the car all on one day

Headache was taken away of waiting in garage for service I will be using again for all future needs.
