All went well and got the fix I needed at a price I was happy with! The garage called first thing the morning of the booking to let me know their mobile guy was sick that day and couldn't come out to me, but offered a couple of other solutions to get me sorted.

My car was kindly picked up, job done, vehicle dropped back to me a few hours later and boy did it run good. All staff from Mersey Garages were very polite and helpful. Definitely will go back for my automotive needs.

They were great and really qucik! They arrived on time, found what was the problem came back to take the car to the garage and then in a couple of hours they return it back and fixed! I couldnt be happier with the service.

Punctual & professional great service

Paul the mechanic left a message to say he would try to pick up my car earlier than scheduled. This he did, no problem. The work was to start the next day Saturday in the morning. Paul said he would try and get my car back to me on the same day. Replacing an alternator on a Jaguar XF is an extremely difficult job and to be honest I was not expecting the car to return on Saturday. To my amazement and credit to Paul, he phoned me around 5pm to say he the car work was complete and he would be dropping it off shortly. The car is once again at its very best and I am extremely happy with work completed. I would highly recommend Paul and his mechanics for their work and Click mechanic for making the introduction.
