Arrived on time and set to immediately. I had slight difficulty in understanding him but think this was due to.me being 79 than his accent.

First of all, I bear some responsibility for my dissatisfaction.
I booked a 2 hour slot, which was the soonest available, for Saturday 28th June 14.00 to 16.00. This was £20. We had no notification that the mechanic wasn't coming until we phoned him, he said he didn't have the correct tyre so he would make us his first job on Monday 30th. On Monday I texted him asking for some idea of time. Eventually he told us it would be 15.00. He arrived at 18.35.
He then discovered that the tyre wasn't the problem and I had a cracked alloy.
So, now I have a car I can't drive a £200 tyre that I don't need. My wife is in Brum for the week so I have no access to a car.

The mechanic at EFT garage did absolutely nothing and charged me for it.
Car was collected a day late and delivered back much later than agreed.
No trade plates when driving my car.
Person that collected “forgot” he needed to take a video on collection.

Complete waste of time using these!

Fantastic service- very friendly and was very happy with the work that he carried out

All great. Called up with a repair i needed and fixed straight away. Loved not having to drive somewhere then find my way home and back again, will always go pick up now.
