David was friendly and knowledgeable.
David t called me back, as requested, to answer my questions and I was kept informed when he was called out to a break which meant he’d be calling me a bit later.

Was abit wary at the start as never used a mechanic like this however Dave came wirh a few others and sorted me out in less than 30 mins! Sound bunch of guys would recommend!

Dave was great, messaged to see if I was available earlier than arranged and I was so that worked out well for both of us, he got straight on with the work and did a great job.

The end job was fine, however the communication was poor. The guy that was going to do the job said he was ‘in a&e’ hence couldn’t message to tell me he wouldn’t attend. He only told me this after the appointment time and after I messaged him. He said he had no signal but was now back in the yard. However it was clear his phone was just turned off as his phone didn’t connect all day. The message he did send just said someone else was coming but didn’t say who, when or what their number was. Despite me messaging I never got a response and only found out the replacement was there when the garage told me. You don’t have a phone number on the website so I just have to send tickets which is stressful as I wanted to speak to someone..

My wife told me to use the AA and I said no these guys are good.. I was wrong, wouldn’t recommend service. Read more
