My member of staff was in hospital so could not even work from home on this occasion to communicate.

Tas is a lovely guy and probably a great mechanic. But due to click mechanic making a mistake with the wrong parts I didn't get my car back until 7 at night, it was expected to be back for 3. It was only due to me chasing the car that I found out what was going, so the communication was terrible. Don't let this review take away from how capable Tas is as a mechanic, I'm more than happy with the work he's done and from that point of view id happily recommend him. Click mechanic on the other hand have not impressed me on this occasion
