I didn't actually meet my mechanic. I was in the back garden when he arrived. He knocked which I did not hear, I have a door bell which is kept in the kitchen so that I can hear visitors. I noticed that I had missed a call from your engineer. I rang him back he said he couldn't come back as he was going to a wedding even though it was within the timescale of 10-12. He told me that he had checked my car and decided that the motor on my windscreen wipers was at fault. How can you know that without fully inspecting the car.

I am not pleased with this service. No call back was rearranged. On taking my car to the garage today they informed me that the motor on windscreen wipers was perfectly ok.

Turned up on time, with the right tools. Very friendly, didn’t waste any time. Did exactly what I needed him to do. Would more than happily use him again. Fully recommend.

The mechanic was quick to find the cause of the problem and when asked about a good garage nearby was able to recommend one.

My experience was with ClickMechanic, a service I will never use again and cannot trust.

I put a request for service up on 8 May and got response that there's a search on-going for service team within the area. I chose a preferred date of 13 May.

I got an email on 12 May at 12:34pm saying there's a confirmation for 10am next day. Of course it's a weekend, I'm not looking at my emails often. I saw the email later in the day and replied at past 19:00 that I won't be proceeding as I already confirmed elsewhere.

Then I get charged for not replying within 1 hour. Ridiculous policy.

Inspected a day later from my booking. Very professional service from Iftikar. Called me after and explained everything in detail. The best service we have ever had on an inspection. Well done 👍
